Requirements:
- Proven experience in window repair and installation.
- Strong knowledge of window types, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
